Nine towns across three counties, and one yard in North Portland. Here is exactly where we deliver, and how quickly.

Our yard sits on 6425 N Albina Ave in Portland, near the Kenton neighborhood and Swan Island's industrial district. That location decides the shape of our day: Portland and the closest towns are close enough that a morning call often becomes a same-day delivery, and towns further out across the metro — into Washington County to the west or Clackamas County across the river to the south — are scheduled next-day routes rather than same-day work. We would rather tell you that plainly than promise a container by lunchtime and leave you waiting.
The Portland metro looks genuinely different place to place when it comes to running a truck. Central and North Portland streets can be tight, with older lots and no off-street parking, and infill or ADU construction squeezed onto a narrow footprint. Beaverton and Hillsboro, out toward the tech corridor in Washington County, are some of the fastest-growing new-construction areas in the region. South across the Willamette, Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Oregon City and Happy Valley in Clackamas County bring a different mix of remodels, acreage lots and new subdivisions, and Gresham, east in Multnomah County, means its own set of routes and, at times, its own local permitting rules to plan around. Each town page below covers the access, the housing stock and the local rules we actually run into.
The service area
The service area splits naturally into three counties from our North Portland yard, and where you are decides how quickly we can get to you.
Closest to the yard and the fastest turnaround we offer. Same-day is realistic here most days.
Out toward the tech corridor, west of downtown. Usually next-day.
Across the Willamette in Clackamas County. Scheduled next-day delivery, worth booking a day ahead.

All 9 towns across the Portland metro — Portland and Gresham in Multnomah County, Beaverton, Hillsboro and Tigard in Washington County, and Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, Oregon City and Happy Valley in Clackamas County. Our yard is on N Albina Ave in North Portland, so Portland and the closest towns are the quickest, and towns farther out toward the edges of the service area are next-day rather than same-day.
Distance is a real cost, so an Oregon City or Happy Valley delivery is not priced the same as a Portland one. What we will not do is hide it. You get the full number on the phone before anything is booked, and it does not change afterwards unless the load goes over the tonnage allowance you agreed to.
Right after a winter windstorm or ice storm moves through and during the busiest stretch of the building season, book as early as you can. Outside those windows you can usually get a container within a day or two. New-construction and ADU sites in growing areas like Hillsboro and Happy Valley book out fastest, so plan ahead if you are working on one.
Yes, and it happens constantly with rental properties and job sites where the owner is not on site. Mark the spot with a cone, a stake or a chalk line, tell us about gate codes and low limbs, and stay reachable by phone. The driver will call before setting the container down if anything looks wrong.
Call and ask. We regularly cross between Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties for scheduled work, and our published service area covers the 9 towns listed on this page — but we take calls from just outside that boundary too. If a truck can reasonably get there, we will usually say yes.
